Burning Board 3.0.8 released

WoltLab released the version 3.0.8 of the popular discussion board software Burning Board. Many small bugs have been fixed and a free Coppa plugin has been added.

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) is a United States law designed to protect children on the Internet. If your website is based in the United States and your site collects personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13) years, you MUST adhere to COPPA regulations - so this plugin is a must for your forum!

The plugin is included as optional package in the standard installation package. If you have already installed your forum and want to add the plugin, you can download it from our Official Downloads page.

You can download the update in your member's area or install it alternatively through the automatic update function in the administration panel of your forum.
